Paeon Partners: Guides to the path of success.

Bill Flynn is a life-long innovator and inspirational leader. He began leading team activities at the age of 8 and has been breaking new ground in fields as diverse as chemical research, technical sales, marketing services, and sales and customer service training ever since. He brought his skills and vision to Coaching in 1996, and found the home he had been looking for his whole life.

He is the author of the coaching practice called World View Coaching and founder of the Authentic Coach Workshop.

He also founded Paeon Partners in 2001 to help people deal with life as it happens in the 21^st Century. He firmly believes that coaching is going to change the world, especially in the workplace. He believes that as leadership takes over the old power structure in our organizations, coaching will be the new guiding model.

Bill is the father of three adult sons, and is active in business and community organizations. He serves on the board of two not-for-profit mentoring organizations, a charitable foundation and a corporation which provides EAP services to national corporations. Bill lives on the Northwest side of Chicago.
